STRETCHING  AS A GAME.  IT’S FUNNY AND USEFUL!

Stretching  is a system of exercises designed for static stretching of the spine and body muscles. These exercises are excellent prevention of violations of posture, flat feet, etc. Stretching activates blood circulation and the body's defense system. Exercises are performed by the music mostly lying on the floor. Classes are taught by experienced trainer.
